Summer gatherings and holidays, while meant to be joyful occasions, can trigger a complex mix of emotions and stress for many people.
Introducing Mama Circle Café - a space for new moms to connect, share, and find encouragement. Beginning in September, Mama Circle Café will meet at Sandals Church Palm Avenue in Riverside. The group will still be hosted by Raincross Family Counseling, but we've simply outgrown our office space. Our upcoming Friday gatherings are still from 9 am to 11 am: August 21 (last gathering at Raincross Family Counseling office), September 18, October 23, November 13, and December 11.
