Coaching
Each session works to maximize growth by diving past surface-level hurdles. We’ll work from the inside to identify and address the root causes of why you feel stuck, before creating a cascade of systemic breakthroughs and fast, exciting growth. This personalized approach will allow you to work through even the most resistant of issues, with continued guidance and support from a trained expert along the way.
Treatment
We use a variety of clinical interventions to enhance clients' ability to cope with life stressors, including EMDR, solution-focused, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy and behavioral therapy.

Talk therapy
Online or in-person, this is designated for individuals, couples, and families to process and explore their thoughts. Typically, meetings are weekly or bi-weekly.
LMFT Individual : 50 mins | $150 |
LMFT Couples and Families : 50 mins | $175 |
Our LMFTs are providers for most major insurance companies. Please inquire if you would like to use your insurance benefits.

EMDR Sessions
Online or in-person, this modality of therapy incorporates images, body sensations and negative beliefs. While working with the therapist, the patient has one foot in the past and one foot in the present. For instance, a patient might link a memory to the negative belief or cognition of "I cannot trust anyone." Through the process of EMDR, the patient is able to create a new template for self of 'I can choose whom to trust

Reba Machado is a Certified EMDR Therapist and an Approved Consultant with EMDRIA for EMDR Therapists seeking Consultation hours an and she currently offers consultation for EMDR therapists via Zoom, a HIPPA-Secure internet platform, for the following:

Individual Consultations - $150 per consultation hour
Group Consultations - $50 per two-hour group (up to 10 consultees)
